As long as your body carries excess deposits, your
stomach is bound to have a curved look. Although this
result is unwanted by most, it does make the process of
getting a sexy stomach rather simple and straight
forward. If you want your stomach to once again regain it
flat muscular look then you will simply have to get rid
of the unwanted layer of fat. You will have

However, despite the rather
straight forward theory, in practice a lot will need to be
properly addressed. For instance, it is impossible for people
to target the loss of fat in only one part of the body through

process is known as—is a myth and simply cannot
happen.
The only way to naturally lose
fat in one part of your body is lose fat everywhere else. Doing
countless sit-ups might be great for building you stomach

muscles, it will do little for the burning of fat in this
region. The only way that fat in your belly will be burnt is if
you make efforts towards burning fat everywhere
else.
The process of burning fat is
even more delicate because for most people, fat that is stored
in the abdominal region is normally the last region to be
addressed. This means that if you exercising to burn fat in
your belly, you will first lose a lot of fat everywhere else in
your body before your system finally gets round to addressing
the deposit of fat in your belly.
This is important to realize
because, depending on the method which you choose to use in
burning belly fat, you might not see any immediate results in
your abs when you begin but this does not mean that you are not
burning fat. It simply means the effect is yet to reach your
stomach. You should thus not give up after a week with no
results. Most times, people who burn belly
fat only begin to
notice the results after the first two
weeks.
